There has been a lot of talk about anti-sex beds being installed for the Olympics games for Tokyo 2021.
It is common knowledge that after the athletes at the games have finished competing in their discipline, they party pretty hard and some of them hook up romantically. It makes sense that this happens, you put together the fittest bodies on the planet and the vibe at the games village is always a super positive and happy one.
So how did the talk of these anti-sex beds talk begin? Well, the beds for this years games are made out of recycled cardboard to be environmentally friendly. Somewhere along the way people put 2 and 2 together and rumor's have been flying that the reason they have made the beds out of cardboard is to prevent people hooking up and sleeping together. The theory being that the anti-sex beds would collapse when put under stress.
This does fall in line with the Covid-19 pandemic as competitors have been discouraged not to hook up with each other. The games village usually hands out free condoms but this is not happening in Toykyo 2021 because of the pandemic.
